Underwhelming stay. Needs improvement

unattentive staffolder staff
I had a somewhat disappointing experience. the staff seemed quite new and lacked attentiveness. an older staff member didn't seem to put much effort into helping me locate my delivery item. I thought that was quite bad. thankfully, a younger staff member stepped in and was much more helpful.
